Letran

I will remember the sound of your voice when you say my name;
The pizza you sliced and put on my plate;
The garlic bread you offered;
The spaghetti platter you held so I could put some on my plate;
The water you poured into my glass;
When you asked me if I was being bullied a lot;
When you defended me against the bullies;
And when you told me that there's no honor student that is shy.

I wish I could loosen up a bit of myself and put my guard down.
Maybe then you'd talk to me a bit more.
Maybe then...
